Payment Solutions

Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind through a transparent and supportive approach to investing in your dental care.

Insurance Coordination

We work closely with many major dental insurance companies to provide you with accurate cost estimates before your treatment. For extensive periodontal treatments, we recommend obtaining a pre-determination from your insurance company. This process provides a written estimate of your financial responsibilities and typically takes 4–6 weeks. Our office is happy to assist in preparing and processing these requests to facilitate your planning.

Clear Fee Structures

For patients without insurance, we offer straightforward fee schedules. You’ll receive a detailed breakdown of costs prior to any procedure, allowing you to make informed decisions about your care.

Flexible
Payment Options

We accept various payment methods, including cash, checks, and most major credit cards, to accommodate your preferences.

FAQs

What is a periodontist?

A periodontist is a dentist who specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and treating gum disease, as well as placing dental implants. They focus on the health of your gums, bone, and supporting structures to ensure long-term oral health.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is necessary! You can schedule a consultation directly with our team.

What should I bring to my consultation?

To make your first visit as smooth as possible, please bring:

  • Photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • Dental insurance card (if applicable)
  • Referral slip (if provided by your dentist, but not required)
  • A list of current medications and medical history
  • Any relevant dental records or x-rays (if available)

If you have any questions before your appointment, contact us. We’re happy to help!

How do I know if I have gum disease?

Common signs include bleeding or swollen gums, gum recession, bad breath, and loose teeth. A professional evaluation can determine the severity and best treatment options.

What are my options for replacing missing teeth?

Dental implants are the most advanced solution, but bridges and dentures are also options. We’ll discuss what’s best for your needs.

Does insurance cover periodontal treatment or dental implants?

Coverage varies by plan. Our team will help you navigate your benefits and provide a clear cost estimate before treatment.

How long does periodontal treatment take?

It depends on the severity of your condition. Some treatments require multiple visits, while others can be completed in one appointment. Expect to spend about 60 minutes with us during your first visit. We’ll help you know what to expect from there.

What if I have anxiety about dental treatment?

We understand! Our team prioritizes patient comfort and will discuss nitrous oxide (laughing gas) or other options to help you feel at ease.
